1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Rhythm SoulVerse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Nature of Services
The App provides astrology, numerology, Ayurveda dosha assessments, AI-powered chat guidance, meditation content, and access to a marketplace of independent wellness experts. Horoscopes, Kundli, numerology readings, dosha results, and AI Coach responses are generated algorithmically and/or by large language models and may not be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.
3. Not Medical or Professional Advice
Nothing in the App constitutes medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Ayurveda dosha assessments and AI-based photo analysis (tongue/eye) are wellness self-reflection tools only and must never be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician for any medical condition.
4. Expert Consultations
Experts available through the App (astrologers, Ayurveda doctors, numerologists, wellness coaches) are independent practitioners, not employees of Rhythm SoulVerse. The App facilitates booking and payment but is not responsible for the advice given during consultations. Consultation fees, once paid, follow the refund policy stated at checkout.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription plans (Premium, Pro, Elite) auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Consultation quotas reset each calendar month and do not carry over. Pay-per-session fees apply once your monthly quota is used. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
6. Data & Privacy
We collect birth details, health information, and photos you choose to upload solely to provide personalised features. This data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time from Settings.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the AI Coach, community features, or expert consultations for harassment, illegal activity, or sharing of harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rhythm SoulVerse, its founders, and partners are not liable for decisions made based on astrology, numerology, Ayurveda, or AI Coach outputs. Use of all spiritual and wellness content is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
